Not EXACTLY a dating sim, but try Dragon Age 2. That game does trolling the fuck out of your love interests best. You can:

-Sell a love interest into slavery
-Literally murder-stab a love interest in the back
-Hand a love interest over to hostile enemies
-Make a love interest massacre her family

and also just flat out kill them all, too, if you choose. All while having them at absolute full affection points, you can just suddenly and for no reason totally fuck them over.

What you can do to Fenris and Isabela is terrible, but you're wildly misrepresenting the situation with both Anders and Merrill.

How? That's really what can happen in your relationships with Anders and Merrill.

Fenris is the only one where it's really terrible and he didn't have it coming (even if he's an asshole). Isabela dug her own grave by being a bad person and a criminal, it's really not your fault justice comes to look for her.

Merrill's clan decides to up and murder you if you don't treat her like shit by taking responsibility for something that was ultimately the stupid decision of her mentor, in a way that implies that 1) Merrill is responsible for her mentor's dumbshit life choices and 2) is incapable of making her own life choices. "You can make her murder her entire family" is a pretty inaccurate summary of "if you choose anything other than the most asshole dialog choice available, everyone in a ten mile radius goes hostile and tries to murder you".

As for Anders, saying you're suddenly and for no reason fucking him over ignores the fact that he just started a minor civil war by manipulating you into helping him murder a few hundred people. Which is a pretty good reason to knife the guy who is oh, by the way, literally possessed by a demon.
