Big wall o'text, making a character mustache-twirlingly evil for the sake of the ship, characters obviously being used as mouthpieces to preach the authors' ideas, extreme lack of logic in the characters' actions or the plot itself...

There's probably more, but those are the first that came to mind.

Random, incorrect switching of tenses. Poor grammar/spelling. A/B/O. High school AUs. Woobified bad guys.

Wall of text
Not starting a new line when someone is speaking

The only major one is if it's a massive wall of text.

Also, I feel like I'm in the minority in that I don't mind first or second person. Maybe it's a vestige of the Homesick fandom where all there was was second person.

If done at all, I enjoy the second.

God, so many things.

* shitty summaries, especially ones that indicate the author "can't write summaries lol" because that means they didn't put in the effort and their fic is likely to be equally crap
* lots of misspelled words, typos and obvious grammar/punctuation errors - if you don't care enough to proofread your fic, it's unlikely to be good
* character bashing, especially if the author seems proud of it like it's an accomplishment instead of just lazy writing
* review begging or holding chapters hostage for reviews

Those are just some of the obvious ones. I also backbutton for bad characterization.

No paragraph breaks/wall of text

Lecturing about sexualities or gender identities, as in the secret

Characters are wildly OOC and not in a cracky, entertaining way

Atrocious spelling/grammar

I can't follow who is speaking or doing something

Second person (not so hot on first person, either, but it's not a deal breaker)

The passage of time makes no sense (it was clearly morning at the beginning of this fic, they had one conversation, and now they're eating supper??)

Boring, generic, cookie-cutter fanfiction. Like, specific relationship dynamics and sexual dynamics that feel like they're based off of, like, someone's intellectual ideal of This Is What A Relationship Would Be Like And this Is What A Hot Sexual Relationship Should Be Like. Where there's no id, no passion, no deeper feeling. It feels suuuuuuper common in certain fandoms.

The latest incident? Surprise!Daddy Kink outta nowhere. I didn't think it would squick me so much until it was right there in my face. The fic was fairly well-written too, up until the sex scene...
