Do you have to run to use Zombies, run!? Cause I've always wanted to try it but I can't run because I have knee problems and high impact hurts like a bitch, but I love walking (I walk to/from work every day).

AFAIK you can walk. There are parts where you need to speed up to run from the zombies but I don't think you need to break into a sprint, just speed up your walking pace.

You can turn off the chase option (where you have to speed up at times).

AYRT You can walk. Technically, you can turn off the motion tracking and interval training and just sit down listening to the episodes without moving, it's totally at your own pace.
