I just spent the last 20 minutes staring at pictures of Michael C Hall because of you, lol.

IMO, this guy has very similar features, but I would say they're not the same person for the following reasons:

- the point of Michael C Hall's eyebrows starts slightly later/nearer to the outside of his face
- Michael C Hall has a slightly squarer, less tapering jaw
- Michael C Hall has a slightly different nose: a bit longer, and the tip is more bulbous and more downward facing
- Michael C Hall lips are less full
- Michael C Halls' ears stick out slight more

They look so similar that I'm not 100% sure of this, but I think the eyebrow points and the jaw are the most convincing point of difference. The rest being differences in make-up, lighting or angles.
