129 - But don't you see the beauty of the afterlife in that book? That your soul goes on to join the whole, the universe, as part of the dust. I think that is a freeing and gorgeous notion, and it makes me hope that's the way things go. Religion has never played an important role in my life, and I consider myself agnostic, but I would love to become part of the universe, to float in the wind as the consciousness that makes up everything we know.
