109: Enthusiastic meta made me like him (well, like him again, that is; I liked him when he first showed up too). Some thoughtful essays made me look at certain parts of canon and changed my mind for the second time.
112: I think the problem is that it's so bad, while still beiong so popular. I mean, it has every stilted, romance cliché, and the main character is more self-centred than a gyroscope. And then there's the prose...
126: From what I've seen people keep mistaking copyright for trademark too. Seems like a difficult subject, and in the U.S. it seems that a case has to be brought forth in court before anyone knows what's legal and what isn't.
129: Er, being agnostic means that you actually don't believe in any gods, right? You just acknowledge that logically you can't disprove their existance either.
149: What if the translation is terrible, the image quality worse than the fansubs, the material actually taken from another western country so that the signposts and such in the anime still has writing in another language sloppily covered by writing in your own language, and on top of that comes in ugly packaging?
I'm not going to pay for crap, you know.
158: Well, they have very different personalities, morality, motivation and methods. They both kill without remorse; Dexter knows something is wrong with him, while Light thinks it makes him a god.
