Are you sure there are blackheads on your nose, or are they just sebaceous filaments?

Nope, very much blackheads. I have major acne issues. I get on my body too. Not sure why other than my super oily skin. But nothing makes it go away so far. Might have to eventually try the prescription stuff, when I can afford it.

That sucks. I hope you get it figured out! I know how it feels to have acne that doesn't want to respond to treatment.
