I think the point was that for Jessica Jones, who's been through a lot of abuse and being used by people, being a dudebro has a personality that tends to view women as things to be used isn't the best of situations. It's possible (and easy!!!) to have one night stands where two folks come together and leave amicably, but I'm assuming Jessica felt degraded by this one.

I haven't seen it either, but it could be that she WANTS to feel degraded because she doesn't think she deserves better... Also a staple of self-hating male characters who punish themselves with similar kinds of actions...

It didn't really show that she felt dedgraded, but she did stop it part way through because he was a dick and also it wasn't doing it for her. (or at least that was what I took away from it)
