I've read a pretty fair amount of OUAT fic just because it's probably the single biggest f/f fandom out there and I like f/f.

Seeing as you’ve never watched the show, you’re probably the wrong person to ask, but has anyone ever written a SwanQueen take on Skin Deep? (Which is the Rumbelle/Beauty and the Beast ep with Rumpelstiltskin as the Beast episode.) I’m not a big f/f shipper, but I’m a huge BatB, and by extension, Rumbelle fan.

But I love the idea of Snow going to a bitter, exiled, older Regina and asking her for magical help, offering clemency and olive branches, because the Dark One found his son in another world and never came back, so the Enchanted Forest is fresh out of morally ambigious sorcerers to provide convenient magical solutions. And Regina looks from Her Majesty Queen Snow in her finery to her dusty, dank castle and says “I don’t want your forgiveness, but I need a maid. I’ll take your daughter.”

I'm not entirely sure? I've definitely seen similar premises, but I don't think I've seen that exact premise. On the other hand, just because I haven't seen it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Do you have any good SQ recs, preferably that don’t demonize Neal? (They can demonize Hook on every page. Can’t stand the fucker.)
