So your issue isn't that she doesn't change... it's that she reverts to her old ways?

I mean, I just don't understand these lofty expectations from a Netflix comic book noir. It looks like the same old sex negativity to me, pretentiously packaged as concerns about good writing.

DA - there's a difference between sex negativity and calling out unhealthy sexual behavior, you know. Being sex positive doesn't mean thinking all sex is positive.

AND it's bad writing to ignore character development and go back to the same well over and over again. It's almost like these are two different arguments.
