I wanted to call bullshit on that too, but then I remembered the group I run on deviantart, where people seem to look over rules that are very easy to see. So I don't know what to think now.

(I know dA's reputation, but I've come across some very intelligent people on it, so I figure not everyone who wants to join the group is an idiot)
