Tbh Thor's hair never bothered me as much as Loki's, because his started out ok and just got worse and worse with each subsequent movie.

Iirc in the first film it's Tom's own hair styled and dyed black and same in Avengers but with weird flicky extensions. Then they changed to a wig that basically looks like a mop that needs a good wring out because there's grease all over it. BUT I like how in Ragnarok his hair seems to get nicer and curlier as he learns to be good for once in his life.

Yeah Loki's inconsistent hair bugs me too haha.
