In the first few Harry Potter movies, the one black kid who would explain what the hell was going to another student (aka the audience). I guess they figured they didn't need him by the third or fourth movie because I never saw him again.

PotC: Lt. Gillette (after Jack, but before rumpot Norrie, he's on my top 3, not including Sam Calflin's character, too pretty for the world) Pintel & Ragnetti, and of course, the comic relief provided Murtogg & Mulroy. Also, whoever the pirate with the dreads who I could have sworn died about five times over the course of all these movies but still managed to show up lol
