I liked all of Ichigo's muggle classmates on Bleach, especially Tatsuki and Keigo. I also liked Eileen and Becky on Supernatural.

I didn't keep up with Bleach for long, but I was hoping they'd eventually be involved with the major plot -- Tatsuki particularly, with her already being so strong physically without special powers. But alas, it never happened so I never got back into it long-term.
