There's no real answer to that. It differs from person to person. It's a really strange balancing act. One pill too many and you'll throw them back up. One pill to few and you have some pretty horrible, but in the end utterly survivable consequence, those consequences, however *shudders*

And how many is "One pill too many/few"? There is no way to guess. It's a total shot in the dark. I'm frankly amazed by the fact that anyone is able to manage it.

Pills are not the way I would choose to do it, just from a practical POV .
