Eh, I don't necessarily agree.

If you're trying to kill me, and the way to keep you from doing that is to kill you (notably heat of the moment and if there's really no feasible way around it), I'm going to kill you.

Now, I'm not going to be the "if you're so evil eat this kitten" where you'll kill me if I won't kill someone. That's messed up.

But I don't know the context for this. So, hey, maybe I would agree with you if I knew more.
