The sense that I get is that it's a brand positioning thing from Fox, yes, but I'm not sure it's necessarily a Disney mandate

like... I don't really see how the Fox decisions actually fit into the Disney brand, I guess is my problem

The deal isn't even finalized, is it? It could still be stopped.

I just didn't think 99 did strong numbers. Having a double block of Last Man Standing to segway into your local right-wing news show (and I mean, local) is a perfect setup for Fox.

99 does a lot better on catchup/ streaming and maybe Fox is less interested in those numbers!
