I love him, but he hasn't had any moments to shine at all. I hope season 2 will give him that :(

Who the hell would add yogurt to guacamole? Like.. WHY.

He's mentioned he didn't realize how dire a lot of the situations would be- so he was expecting to get to teach them how to create a good meal and instead he was dealing with men who had never cooked anything, or who barely had time to exist let alone cook for their family. He was never quite able to adapt.

I do hope his impact is a little more substantial next season, mostly for very shallow reasons.

This. You can't expect him to be teaching healthy meals to guys whose idea of cooking involves pouring ketchup on pasta and calling it "spaghetti." o_O;
