Yes, there are Disney properties inside the parks; a lot of them have dedicated transportation systems. If you stay on on Disney property inside the parks you can get early admission to the parks on different days.

(I'm married to an idiot person who goes to DW often. You are welcome to pick his brain, just drop me an email or PM and I'll hook you up . :p)

There's also a great book that comes out yearly called "The Unofficial guide" -- it has tons of info, including optimal routes for hitting the rides with various aged kids, maps, reviews of all the restaurants and hotels, etc.
