TV!Danny is... kind of... really... not the best. At all. Very far from it. It's really a shame because it's such a classic team-up but yeesh.

I found him A LOT better on The Defenders with the others to play off of.

He was definitely better in Defenders but he still seemed like the weak point of the show there (at least out of the 4 main characters).

I guess it's possible that he'd develop more and become more tolerable if he's actively teaming up with Luke. But the track record w the character so far hasn't been great, that's all I'm saying.

I don't ship them, but I really liked their interactions in The Defenders and I think he's a good foil for Luke.

I haven't read any of the comics, but based solely on the Netflix series? I couldn't finish Iron Fist & Danny made me cringe throughout The Defenders. I just. . . hate him.

But hey, to each their own. Obviously you don't feel the same way, so I hope you get your wish, OP.
