Ugh, those look awful. But as a dancer I get it - this type of shoe with the sharp triangle tip does get very uncomfortable after a while. That's why I only wear rounded or even open shoes. No need to wear them a size too big then.

Yeah, it's absolutely possible to be on your feet for hours in heels if you get ones that don't have those super pointed tips. Those aren't even comfortable to wear for short periods of time, honestly.
