I cross stitch. It's very relaxing, which is why I do it. :)

It's such a good hobby! The cost of materials is relatively low, you can start off with very simple projects or even kits, and there are free patterns online. I have anxiety issues and it really helps.

Same regarding anxiety. That repetitive motion is so soothing.

And as for free patterns, I think the Russians have archived every cross stitch pattern ever printed. Between Pinterest and gallery.ru, I'm set for life.
