It worked for me. I think about the game. I remember 'hey, I won the game.' And then I don't think about the game.

Uhhhh.... good for you? Just because you managed to stop playing the game doesn't mean everybody else can which is pretty much what I already said.

But... all you have to do is hear the words and not say anything. Nobody's going to shoot you if you think 'game' and don't immediately yell 'LOST THE GAME'. The rules are what you make them, and you lose if you think you do.

Why are people taking this thing so seriously?

Dude, I lose the game all of the time and 9 times out of 10 I say nothing and do nothing about it because there is nobody to tell, which is the whole point of saying it out loud. You're asking me why people take it so seriously? Honestly, no self-respecting person actually does, because they realise it's just a game. Just because somebody might be a little alwkewlkd when they lose the game doesn't mean there is anything wrong with that. It's a natural reaction especially if they've gone a long time without thinking of the game.

But at the end of the day if you don't want to play, then that's great for you, and you alone. What works you for doesn't always work for somebody else. Realise that.

I didn't even need the strip. It made me smile, but it wasn't necessary. Are you unhappy playing the game? Then stop. There is actually no game. Like the spoon, with less Keanu Reeves.

If you're happy, then why do you care that I don't play?

If you're happy then why do you seem to care if others play? In b4 I don't care, 'cause you wouldn't have replied at all if you weren't interested. Either way this conversation is over, so please don't bother replying because I've lost interest.

It's amazing how you knew what I must be thinking like that. Project a few steps ahead and we don't have to conversation at all.

I replied because you said the secret didn't work, and you sounded unhappy about playing. Almost accusing the secret maker 'it's not that easy, you're WRONG'. In fact, telling them that they were still playing the non-existent game. The attitude boggled me.

You sound very unhappy. Every time a bell rings, you should pretend you took a zoloft.

All right, I'm going to admit right now that I have no idea what this 'game' is that you're talking about, or why this phrase 'you lost the game!' is so important (or unimportant, depending, apparently).

Is it a real game? Does it represent games in general? Is it a metaphor for life? (And if so, wouldn't you not know if you really 'lost' or not until you died? And doesn't dying mean we all kind of lose anyway?)

I'm sure I sound like an idiot in my ignorance, but would you be so kind as to tell me what the game is? Thank you....

It's a meme-- if you want to play, you just go on with your life. When you remember that you're playing, you go 'I lost the game!' and announce it to everyone around you (causing them to lose the game). More annoying people will go so far as to e-mail or text-message friends when they lose.

If you don't want to play... uh, you don't play. Apparently this is Srius Bizness.

Wow. Seriously? And the act of remembering that you're 'playing' this game means that you lose? That's really strange. Why not announce that you've won?

And why would anyone care if you decided you were free of the game? What the hell does it matter? Weird, weird, weird.

Thank you for the enlightenment. I'm not going to play either. I generally feel I've lost often enough as it is. :)
