Eh. I'm not sure it's more obnoxious than tagging for other stuff like hurt/confort or the kind of content a reader might want to filter for.

I'm not convinced that anyone actually searches for tags like Bechdel test pass. If I see that tag while looking for fics about a femslash pairing, I'm going to find it pretty odd, because I should fucking hope a fic about two women going on adventures and getting married passes the Bechdel test. Unlike tags like hurt/comfort or angst or fluff which tell you something specific about the story that you might not have guessed from the pairing tag and summary, that one should go without saying.

I don't know. People tag for all kinds of stuff, including things that are probably obvious if you read this plot summary. It wouldn't be unusual for someone writing Steve/Bucky to tag for slash, after all. I imagine they do it in case someone is searching for slash + other tags but who aren't necessarily picky about the fandom.
