I have a braised chicken thing in the oven right now that'll hopefully be tasty - it's sort of based on this recipe:

I have the house to myself, I ordered Thai food for dinner. It is a 3-day weekend.

Well, I am still constantly amazed by how much greater it feels to be working at a job where they support their employees. Not only do I have benefits, I also have co-workers I enjoy spending time with and a boss who actually acts like he appreciates the work you do.

My job is pretty good right now, and I've got a nice mini vacation next week. I feel pretty good too, nothing really worrying me, for a change.

I figured out what I did wrong last time I made pan dulces. This time, they came out great!
