I don't care much for romcoms but I would love one about a normal guy in his 40s meets a normal woman in her 40s and they have a nice romance. They could be divorced or windowed. Kids or no kids doesn't matter. BUT no one is quirky, no grandpa looking guy and teen age looking girl, no weird fetishes or secrets, just a nice funny story about how two people normal flawed people met and fell in love.

The French film Tout le monde debout might be for you. Well, it’s a French romcom so no quirkiness is maybe a judgment call.
