Here's more:
The effects are bad. Really bad.
There's a plot device that can literally transport people to different locations in time and space.
The character designs are shit.
The Beast likes to read, so he didn't give Belle the library he just snarks on her reading tastes and goes "Oh btw I have a library." So she doesn't help him grow by teaching him to read, he just reads the classics because of course.

That plot device was so unbelievably pointless. They really should have deleted that scene (the movie was way too long anyway).

And ugh, I really hated that they turned the Beast into a literary snob. I definitely wish they had stayed true to the animated film there instead.

If it’s not baroque then don’t fix it.
