Re: Looks like Disney will by buying Fox.

Is it officially confirmed? The most recent article I could find (https://variety.com/2018/biz/news/comcast-fox-disney-bidding-war-1202823159/) says that Comcast is still looking to sabotage/outbid Disney, and IDK if the government approved anything yet.

I'd definitely like the FF and the X-Men to join just for the sake of completion, but I don't see how they could add the X-Men without some giant story arc explaining why mutants are only now popping up.

I'm more excited about Disney getting the rights to all the remaining Star Wars properties, including A New Hope. Fingers crossed for a box set of the original trilogy minus the CGI.
