Archive sites you used to visit

(Anonymous) 2018-06-03 03:58 am (UTC)(link)
What were some of the great destinations you used to frequent for fic or fan material before the advent of AO3, Tumblr, and the like? Is the site still up?

Inspired by yesterday's Wolverine/Rogue thread, and an anon who mentioned all of their recs are on an archive that is likely defunct...

When I was in Ace Attorney fandom I used to frequent the Objection! Fanfic Archive. But then it became defunct. So AO3 it is now.

The only big archive I ever visited was the Gossamer site for X-Files fic. I have no idea of it's still there, but I haven't been interested in reading X-Files fic in over 15 years and anything recent would probably be on AO3 anyway.
