What if he trimmed off the poof on his hair? Would that help out the head-length ratio to you?

That's not a great picture, but he *does* have a rather long, narrow face. The hair just exacerbates it.

The hair may be part of it. Also, I think the dark jacket has the effect of slimming his shoulders and that may make his torso look smaller than it is. Finally, it looks possible this photo was taken from a slight downward angle... or maybe his head really is big and the angkke is an illusiom.

Or many Asians are just that way. Unlike OP, that doesn't bother me at all, though. Some men have tiny heads for their body and imho that looks worse.

I don't think I'd even go so far as to call him good-looking, honestly. He's not ugly either, just... very average. Judging by this one picture of him, at least.

It's all relative. As you say, he's not bad looking in general, but if we're applying boy band archetypes to the Try Guys, then Eugene is absolutely The Hot One.
