Several Whose Line is it Anyway skits, but the one that immediately comes to mind is the party quirks game where Ryan accidentally breaks the light on Drew's desk.

I love Whose Line! I got to see it live once, it was hilarious.

That was a great moment.

There's also the episode where Richard Simmons guest starred. I don't know that I've ever seen an entire room full of people laugh so hard at anything in my life. Drew was laughing so hard he damn near fell out of his chair.
