I, for one, do think it's odd behavior. Not weird or wrong, but atypical. That said, it's not automatically incriminating. Maybe your BF's friend is just a really tactile person and is always grabbing people. If your BF doesn't mind he may just be rolling with it.

I agree with the person who said you need to talk to him about this. It's not going to get better if all you do is silently freak out and ask people on the internet if your BF might be cheating on you with a guy. We don't know him. We don't know what he's doing. I also agree that you don't need a "good" reason to break up. There's no "winning" the argument and the other has to stay in the relationship on those terms.
