First off - icon LOVE - I remember seeing that one and *almost* snagging it (stupid 15 userpic limit :P).

And I like to think House has taught me if not how to be a better and less-House-y person, at least how to appreciate my friends more. <3

Yeah, I know! There are few things I love more than my emense icon limit. (I don't even use them most of the time, but I can't help but love to know they're there. XD)

Haha, amen to that. I at least try to express my thanks more often than House does (I don't think I do too much of a better job, but my best friend has the same hero complex Wilson does, so I guess it all works out.)

Haha, I contemplated getting a paid LJ just for the userpics. xD But hey, I bet you have an icon for *everything* now, right?

Me too! I do thank people a lot, I will say that. I make it a point to try to apologize for things, too - most of the time I agree that I ought to apologize, it's just swallowing my pride and *doing* it that's the hard part. :/ Haha, does your friend "eat neediness"? I love recognizing traits of House characters in my friends - makes life so much more interesting. :P

Aw man, I haven't watched House in literally ages, and now I really want to. xD

That was my main reason (that and I love making moodthemes. I hate it while I'm doing it, but I feel so accomplished afterwards! XD (I'm thinking about making my House/Wilson one animated, but I don't quite know how...)

I try to thank people a lot, and I tell my friends I love them startlingly often, but I rarely apologize or admit I'm wrong. It's terrible, really. Yes, she does! We've been best friends for six years, but we're not roommates next year, and she admitted that she was really upset by that fact because she liked taking care of me. :3 I told her, "Aw, thanks, Jimmy Wilson," and she told me to stop being an idiot. :x

You've watched season 4, though, right? *hops*

Aww! :] I just heard Wilson from 97 Seconds - "You're an idiot." Haha, lucky you have a Wilson, as not all Houses do. She doesn't happen to have a fondness for old Hitchcock films and show tunes, does she? :P I used to call my old best friend "Jimmy Wilson," until I told her I shipped H/W, and then I think the comparison got a little awkward. xD

Yes indeed I've watched S4, and ever since the finale I've been avoiding H/W fic. *sheeps* I miss the days in S1 and 2 when it seemed so much less complicated, I guess. The ending just really, really killed me (assuming you've seen it too?).

Haha, she likes horror, but when it comes to classics like Hitchcock, she's not always so interested... She does like show tunes, though! *gasp* XD Yeah, I'm a Kinsey 2, so I sometimes have a hard time convincing her that I'm not hitting on her when I compare us to House and Wilson. I finally got around to showing her this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sE75QVRuF7c) in an effort to explain what I meant, and I think she's a little more placated now. XD

Haha, it's funny that you say that, 'cause a lot of the fic avoids the finale like the plague. :x But I know what you mean. The finale destroyed me. I cried for days, and Iron and Wine's "Passing Afternoon" still makes me cry every time I hear it. T__T;

After you said that, I re-watched the finale, and started reading fic again. Not new fic, old fic, I think I'll work my way up to new. Agh, and yes! I don't cry, but I always get this awful tearing sensation in my stomach. It was really, really beautiful, but just a lot to process, you know? So... most of the fic just acts like Amber didn't die, or does it ignore Amber altogether?

By the way, sorry I stopped talking mid-conversation - I got distracted with the aforementioned things, and then passed out. x_x But you seem like a very interesting and fun person - I'm going to friend you, I hope you don't mind. :]

I know, the only time I ever cry is when it has to do with fandom. XDD It's kinda pathetic, really, but, yanno. The two things that have been hardest for me to process have been chapter 31 of Deathly Hallows and Wilson's Heart. :x But yeah, the fic either doesn't kill her, or she never existed - usually the latter, though.
