I can't say that I have a problem with this? I mean, fiction is fiction, and eroticized violence in media is not exactly a new thing.

It's tricky, because I do think that people who fetishize IRL serial killers and stuff are maaaaaad creepy, but as long as you're capable of maintaining the sense that fiction is fiction and play is play, it's all good.

Can't say I had that reaction to it, but it was certainly a powerful scene in a show that touched on some really dark issues and feelings, so... I can see where it would stir up some interesting and perhaps unusual (unusual for the person feeling them, that is, like in your case) emotions along the way for some people.

That's the scene that ends with the "Be My Baby" song, right? I loved this show's music choices for some of their more notable moments-there's songs I can't hear the same way anymore thanks to this show, that one being among them.
