tbh it works for me in the context of the show, where everything is weird and about mutants to start with

Some people can pull that off. I would not be one of them. Neither, apparently, is she.

I hate that. Why do female characters always fight in heels? Well, I know why. But it is totally unrealistic for most characters. If it is a spur of the moment battle they weren't expecting and they were wearing their normal clothes, fine. But if they fight regularly and regularly wear heels, it is strange.
