Ryan O'Reily and Chris Keller were my problematic faves and biggest crushes on this show. It doesn't help that in the context of Oz, these guys are... not even really the bad guys? They do some incredibly fucked up things, but I was still kind of rooting for them.
It doesn't hurt that they're attractive.

This is all better left to the world of fiction though. If I met a Ryan O'Reily type in person, I would run screaming in the other direction. I'm not really the marrying a death row inmate kinda gal.

Though he probably deserves it for the people he killed and the ones he caused to be killed, he wasn't actually on death row.

Keller was a fascinating character but I found him supremely creepy. Meloni did such an amazing job portraying Keller that I always had issues when watching him on Law and Order SVU- I could not watch Stabler and not see Keller. I had the same problem with JK Simmons for a while- he's a wonderful actor but when I first saw Juno, I kept waiting for Schillinger to lose it and go crazy. I think him as JJ Jamison is what changed my mind.

Dean Winters (O'Reilly) is also a good actor, but in everything I've seen him in since Oz, he oozes that O'Reilly charm and that hint of violence, no matter the role.
