As far as I remember (and correct me if I'm wrong) but didn't the Stargate fandom invent the word 'whump' specifically for (mostly) Daniel?

I was too young to be in fandom when the show originally aired, but given what I've seen of it I wouldn't be at all surprised tbh. He gets beat up physically and emotionally a LOT.
