Californian. Japanese. Indian. Thai. Italian. I have a few faves and honestly don't think I could pick an absolute one!

Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Thai, German, Russian, Greek... I honestly can't pick just one.

Can I pick Asian in general? Because I couldn't possibly pick just one. Thai is great, so is Vietnamese, so is Chinese, so is Japanese, so is Filipino. And stir fry of any kind is one of my favorite things ever. Just, the kinds of sauces and seasonings used in Asian cooking are my favorites: soy, sesame oil, lots of garlic and ginger, vinegar, fish sauce, etc.
