Okay.... I'm going to date myself here, but my favorites are Tobal No. 1 and Bushido Blade 2. Not because they're any good, just purely for nostalgia's sake. (Plus I could absolutely wreck anyone with Hom and Kaun.)

I also have a soft spot for the first Dissidia. I played it so much I maxed out Cloud and Sephiroth and I was close to that with iirc Warrior of Light, Exdeath, Kuja, Tidus, and Gabranth.
