It's a good show from what little I've seen of it, and I want to like it, but I just never am in the mood to watch it - maybe because, as you say, it's really not for my demographic at all.

He was good for the lulz sometimes but I would have been fine if the series ended with him in a really terrible place TBH.

I can't really comment because I never saw it, so I don't know how good the acting was. But the story was terrible. Really badly written and didn't feel at all faithful to the characters. Plus some really stupid, fanficy twists like Voldemort and Bellatrix's daughter. WTF? I ship that pairing and I was still weirded out by that.

I mean, part of the reason that it's cool to rip on Community is because of... all the seasons that you ignored? Because those seasons are sooooooo bad, and I think it's harder for people to appreciate the characters if you take those parts of their story arcs into account.

I do agree that s1, s2, and the first half of s3 are fantastic and the characters are great, and I still love that part of the show, and I don't blame you in any way for trying to ignore the rest of the show. I just can't do it myself.
