You're all cool, OP.
I have written RPF and agreed with many of the posters here, as long as you don't harass the actual people with it and acknowledge that it's fiction what's the harm?
Yes, these are people you are writing about but you don't actually know them. You are writing about the facade they are giving to the public. If you were writing about say your family or your good friends that may be different and creepy. But with celebrities it may as well be fiction, considering how little we truly know about them in their private lives.
