How do you know what he did with his spells? For all you know he used it in case he needed to defend himself against the people terrorizing him.

Bullshit, you don't create a spell that hoists someone up by their ankles in a school where everyone wears robes without the intention of underwear being on display as a result. So. Snape's solution to being bullied was...sexual assault? And let's not forget that he also created the sectumsempra spell.

We’ve seen a comprehensive look at Snape’s life in HP7. He was a loner and he wasn’t going out of his way to use spells on people. There’s nothing in the actual text that supports what you are putting forward. Sorry.
