I'm curious as to why you didn't like it. I'm not trying to flame, I just sincerely can't see how anyone could have been disappointed with it, unless you don't like the whole mood of the new movies in the first place.

Ah, don't worry about it. I get it from my friends all the time XD I must be some alien or something.

First of all, I hate Christian Bale's Batman. I'm sorry, but his 'Batman Voice', it's so hard to take seriously. It just ruins it for me. I laughed during the most inappropriate times because of it. And the new Two-Face? Not only painful for me to look at, but really annoying :\ You don't even get to see him till the last thirty minutes of the film.

Which reminds me, the film didn't even need to be two and a half hours. A lot of stuff could have been cut out.

These probably aren't very good reasons to back up my feelings, but I'd be writing an essay if I explained everything. And really, It's just a movie. Everyone will be praising something else by this time next year. I'm not that worried about it.

I hope I don't sound like a douche here.

That's all fine (I hate Bale's Batman voice too, but I have to disagree about Two-Face, the characterization and Eckhart's performance were both amazing). I was talking about why you didn't like Ledger's Joker, though.

Oop! Sorry, kinda threw me off with the mention of the films mood. I blame the script writers for my dislike of Two-Face though, not Eckhart. Nothing against him =P

As for Joker, I don't know. He was okay. I'm not wild about him or anything -and I don't hate him. He was just 'meh'. I think it's just his wild fanbase that ruins it for me. Every time I think of him I just think of everything he's brought out in people. You know, the obsession and stupid (in my opinion) comments.

He'll probably grow on me once everyone gets over him.

Ya know, I was curious as to why you didn't like the HL's Joker also.
And then I read your comments... So basically you don't want him to make a comeback because he's just "meh" and because of his fanbase?
Boo.
I was expecting something more about the performance from HL, or something about what the director wanted. "Meh" and "Fanbase" don't say crap about the actual acting. Try again.

There was nothing wrong with his acting. He did a fine job. I just feel there's no reason for him to return, he played his part; done. -Well, unless they wanted to try fitting Harley Quinn in somehow but yeah.

Sorry, man. But there's just some things some people don't like. It's not that big a deal, really.
