I find it difficult to believe no one here has ever been glad someone was dead for any reason. How about a fictional character? Would there be less wank if the secret was about being glad a fictional character was dead?

How is a total stranger whose personal life the OP never knew essentially that different from a fictional character? How do you justify demanding that someone be able to emotionally separate the two fictions?

And this "OMG DO NOT DISRESPECT TEH DED" bullcrap... It's a little insane to respect someone just because they are no longer among the living. Did you respect him when he was alive? Then that's different. You have a right to defend someone you believe to have earned respect in life. The fact is, in this case, I have to estimate 90% of the people getting pissed off are pissed off because they

A. love Batman
B. want to bone Heath
C. both

No one would give a shit if the secret named an obscure unattractive actor in a film no one's seen. Or an actress from a soap opera. No one likes soap operas and one less pretty girl is that much less competition for the OMG HAWT BOIZ who only have to bat their eyes prettily and cry and suddenly the waves of fangirls rise to his defence.
