By now, I'm so fed up with everyone on that show that I wish the ice zombies + dragon would just get on with it and kill everyone and turn the world into a frozen wasteland, iron throne and all.

I don't want anyone (or, at least, not everyone) to die. But at the end of the story I want something world changing to happen with no turning back. And that change would include, among other things, getting rid off the Iron throne. However before it happens, I'll be happy if Daenerys was the last queen of Westeros.
