I'm sorry, I kinda agree with the posters saying they'll make it work and complement each other just fiiiiine, but the mental image of the OP's secret is so very much one of those family-run (so often Mediterranean) restaurants Ramsey visits, the women working themselves to the bone under constant disapproval and micro-managing by the patriarch father while one of the the problems is always the feckless older son doing minimal-to-no "greeting"
work and helping himself to free drinks all day.....
