The only guys who have enough screen time to be reasonable reasons for watching are Steven and Greg.
And Steven is...Steven. And while I could certainly imagine someone finding Greg attractive, I don't think anyone who did would call him 'hot' - cute, cuddly, generally 'attractive', or any number of descriptors about his personality, yes, but not hot - and I certainly be surprised by someone claiming to find him hot as a way of maintaining their closet door.
Buck Dewey and Kevin would probably be quite attractive if they were real people, and maybe Sour Cream and Lars, too, but none of them have all that much screen time (Lars has the most, and if I had to guess, I'd wager he had more than a cameo in less than half the episodes).
