Nick Valentine. Though, I'll be honest, most of my desires regarding him are romantic more than sexual. Honey baby, I swear I'd take care of you. Honest.

Though if he wanted to talk me through some private time, I surely would not object. Man has a lovely, lovely voice. If he wanted to give me a helping hand, that'd be fine too. I'm not sure if he's fully functional, anatomically speaking, or if he'd get any physical gratification out of anything I could do, but if he could I'd be very happy to give him a helping hand right on back.

Does an android count? Because then Data and I would start with a fascinating discussion over dinner in Ten Forward, then retire to a personally customized holideck program and we'd test his fully functional capabilities and all his programming together. *waggles eyebrows*

If androids/cyborgs count, then either Android 17 or Genos. I just think they're hot.

Since Transformers obviously count, Rodimus. Not only is he a flaming sexpot, but even if we didn't do something steamy and fiery with a lot of passion, I know I could just settle comfortably on the Lost Light, watching Netflix with him and cackling during Stranger Things and An Unfortunate Series of Events, and screaming "yas" while watching RuPaul's Drag Race and Hurricane Bianca 1 and 2.

WALL-E and EVE. We could watch filmed musicals and garden all day.

I'm going to just give a shallow ass answer and say Cameron from Terminator because Summer Glau is super hot.
