It's not unfathomable that people feel this way. Major religious texts write suicide as automatic damnation. Many cultures frown upon it and consider it taboo.
Even in the United States people who commit suicide are often written about in obituaries as having 'passed away suddenly' because the families don't want to invite judgement and stigma upon their loved ones and themselves.

And do you think that trolls only espouse crazy, off the wall beliefs that nobody would ever say? Or do you think it's possible that a troll might be trying to stir the pot by claiming an opinion that's plausible, but highly inflammatory?

Because nobody would ever post anything inflammatory on an anonymous secrets page.
