Personally, I think the development between Hank and Connor (if you play your cards right) does legitimately grow over the course of the story. They also have some pretty fun interaction with each other.

And that's a low bar as is because Kara and Alice are just kind of there and Markus - in spite of carrying the main plot - has the personality of cardboard.
